Treatments

Plain words.
Precise work.

What each treatment is, what to expect, and when you actually need it — including the basics done properly: check-ups, cleanings and fillings.

01

Dental Implants

A missing tooth replaced from the root up: a small titanium post anchors into the jaw, and a porcelain crown sits on top. Placed by an MDS oral & maxillofacial surgeon — implant surgery is this centre's namesake specialty, not a side offering.

What to expect

  • Assessment and a clear surgical plan first
  • Placement under local anesthesia
  • A healing period, then the final crown

When you need it

One tooth missing, or many.

One or more missing teeth, a loose denture you're tired of, or a tooth that can't be saved.

Wisdom Teeth & Oral Surgery

Impacted wisdom teeth, complex extractions and facial injuries — the cases most clinics refer to a hospital are handled here, by a surgeon trained specifically for them, including maxillofacial fracture care.

What to expect

  • X-ray-guided assessment before anything else
  • Local anesthesia and a measured, unhurried procedure
  • Written aftercare and a follow-up check

When you need it

Pain, swelling, or an injury.

Pain or swelling at the back of your jaw, a tooth that never erupted, or an injury to the face or jaw.

Root Canal Treatment

When decay reaches the nerve, the tooth doesn't have to go. The infected canal is cleaned, shaped and sealed — keeping your natural tooth, which is almost always better than any replacement.

What to expect

  • Anesthesia first — the procedure itself shouldn't hurt
  • Cleaning and sealing of the canal
  • Usually a crown afterward to protect the tooth

When you need it

The ache that lingers.

Lingering pain with hot or cold, a tooth that aches at night, or deep decay your dentist has flagged.

Crowns, Bridges & Dentures

Broken, worn or missing teeth rebuilt to look and bite like your own. A crown caps a single damaged tooth; a bridge spans a gap; a denture replaces many — each one measured, fitted and adjusted until it feels natural.

What to expect

  • Careful preparation and precise measurement
  • A fitted restoration matched to your bite
  • Adjustments until it feels like your own tooth

When you need it

Broken, worn, or gone.

A cracked or heavily filled tooth, a tooth after root canal treatment, or several missing teeth.

Braces & Clear Aligners

Alignment isn't only cosmetic — crowded or misplaced teeth are harder to clean and wear unevenly. Braces or clear aligners move teeth into the right position, on a plan you see before you commit.

What to expect

  • Records and a full treatment plan up front
  • Periodic adjustment visits
  • Retainers afterward to hold the result

When you need it

Crowding, gaps, or a bite that's off.

Crowding, gaps, or a bite that doesn't meet properly — at any age, not just in childhood.

Smile Design & Veneers

The full smile makeover — shape, shade and proportion redesigned across your visible teeth with veneers and crowns. Done conservatively: as little healthy tooth touched as possible.

What to expect

  • A consultation about the look you actually want
  • Conservative preparation of the teeth involved
  • Layered porcelain matched to your face, not a template

When you need it

Chips, stains, or unevenness.

Chipped, stained or uneven front teeth — or a smile you've simply never liked.

Teeth Whitening

Professional whitening, supervised by a dentist — stronger and safer than kit-in-a-box, with your enamel and gums protected throughout.

What to expect

  • A shade check before and after
  • Typically a single sitting
  • Honest guidance on sensitivity and how long it lasts

When you need it

Before the occasion — or without one.

Dulled or stained teeth — before an occasion, or for no occasion at all.

Facial Aesthetics & Hair

Medical cosmetology under a credentialed clinician — Dr. Pratibha holds a Fellowship in Medical Cosmetology — covering skin and hair treatments with the same consult-first, evidence-first approach as the dentistry.

What to expect

  • A clinical consultation before any procedure
  • Medical-grade protocols, honestly explained
  • Realistic expectations — no overselling

When you need it

Skin and hair, seen clinically.

Skin or hair concerns you'd rather have assessed by a clinician than a salon.
